When a local clinic's sudden closure left many patients without their established provider, a significant pain point for the community emerged: the loss of consistent, reliable care. This campaign was swiftly and strategically developed to position our Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAI) Clinic as the immediate, trustworthy alternative.

 

Our mission was to provide a seamless transition for these displaced patients, assuring them they wouldn't miss a beat in their treatment while simultaneously introducing them to the dedicated, expert team at AAI. The result was a compassionate, multi-faceted social media presence that was both human-centered and highly targeted.

Strategy and Goal

The campaign strategy was built on a key finding: our development work identified that routine allergy shots were the single most frequent reason people needed consistent care. This made allergy shots the immediate, relevant hook.


The goal: The campaign aimed for immediate patient acquisition and long-term brand equity.
