When I look at a particularly visually compelling photo, it scratches an itch. You ever look at a photo and it just feels right?  When "that's just nice," is all to say.

My mentor, Sam O'Keefe, put a name to that feeling for me – seeing.

Photography is about seeing, observing and waiting. It taught me intentionality and the power to think on my feet. I have developed strong recovery skills when plans go awry and learned the importance of preparation.  My vision connects the moment and the viewer through photography.
